In the following text you will find the conditions of sale and use of the service that “Tufting Addicts” puts at your disposal.
Making a purchase on our website implies that you accept these conditions, please read them carefully.

Method of payment
The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT at 21%. The following payment methods are available through our online shop:

Credit or debit card (payment is made through the Stripe payment gateway.
Bank transfer.
Once the bank confirms the payment, we will proceed to the preparation of the shipment.

The prices of the products do NOT include transport costs in the price.
The transport prices are shown with taxes included.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us beforehand by e-mail.

Shipping in Spain and Europe:

Peninsula: They are calculated according to the shipping area and the weight of the product automatically.
Balearic Islands: They are calculated according to the shipping zone and the weight of the product automatically. The delivery times are usually longer, in the order of 2-3 days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Consult (The customer will bear the customs costs).
Portugal : They are calculated according to the shipping zone and the weight of the product automatically. Delivery times are usually in the order of 1-2 days.
Europe: They are calculated according to the shipping zone and the weight of the product. Delivery times are usually longer, in the order of 3-6 days.
Delivery times
-On the Peninsula The usual delivery time is between 24/48h on the Peninsula once the order has been sent.
-For the Balearic Islands the delivery time is between 2-3 days.

-For Portugal the usual delivery time is 24/48h depending on the town.

-Local collection at the collection point located in Madrid 28031.

In the case of choosing the local collection option, the customer must first place the order on the website and pay online using the available payment methods. Once the order has been paid for, the customer will be notified when he/she can collect the order, providing timetables and the address of the delivery point.

Preparation times
For peninsular orders placed before 16:00 h, from Monday to Friday, the transit time will begin to count the same day of the order.

For peninsular orders placed after 16:00 h, from Monday to Friday, the transit time will start to count from the next working day.

For international orders the preparation time until the package is picked up is 12-24h, since the collection is made the day after the order is placed (orders placed until 20:00h count as the same day, after that time it is counted as the next day for the carrier).

For a correct management of your shipments, it is important that you provide all the data required during registration and provide any additional information and/or details in the comments field, in order to facilitate delivery as much as possible.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days. Before proceeding with a return you must contact us to request authorisation.

Under no circumstances will we accept returns of material that has been misused or mistreated.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for weights, measurements or damages resulting from the use or mixing of the products invoiced, as these are beyond our control, and we WILL IN NO CASE ACCEPT RETURNS OF THE SAME. The product and packaging must be in perfect condition.
In any case we will proceed to replace or refund the amount of the order in those cases where the product is considered defective or defective, at no cost to our customer.
Note: The parties submit, at their choice, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction.

Orders can be placed from the website, to place orders customers must fill in the following information:

Cancellation and modification of orders
An order can be cancelled free of charge before it reaches the “Sent or Completed” status. If the customer, at the time of delivery, decides to reject the order, he/she will have to assume the transport costs generated by the shipment.

Items can be removed and modified from an order as long as it has not been shipped, otherwise the customer can contact us directly through the contact channels provided and assess the possibilities together.

Secure shopping
The customer should never disclose personal data, passwords, bank accounts, bank cards, or other personal information to sources apparently derived from our website, we will never contact you to request this information. In the event of such a request, the customer should contact us immediately via the contact details provided on our website.
